“Upon check-in after a long flight from Edmonton, it took over half an hour to get my room. The staff was speaking in a foreign language and I could hardly understand him. He could not understand for the life of him that I had booked a room through Expedia. I showed him email confirmation and a receipt proving I purchased a room on my app and he kept saying it wasn’t booked. After a lengthy phone call with whom ever, he gets me a room finally only to discover a woman with service dogs is already……

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable - not even hotels are that clean! The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. “Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again.”
