“Staff is always so professional, polite and friendly. Area has great access to highway and local restaurants, malls and transit. Rooms are big and clean with many good amenities. It is an older building but in great shape. Stayed many times and it's a clean and reliable Home away from home”

“Not at all the hotel issue, but there was a huge group of young athletes with their parents who basically took over the entire hotel. My stay was very unpleasant because of the volume and activity from 7am to 1am. I wish the parents were a little more considerate of other guests :(”

“Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side……

“Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly……
