Branson jeep invasion

On our last day we got back to our place @4 air conditioning had stopped working called 3 times was told it was our fault because it was set on 55 false finally 945ish maintenance guy said he had just got in the call it was the condenser that went out not that it was turned down to 55 because the lowest we had it on was 70. I’m still waiting for compensation for that last day.

The house is nice and we had a good time. The host was responsive via text with any questions or concerns we had. The kitchen contains enough dinnerware, silverware, glasses etc for a larger crowd. We could not find a can opener anywhere though. There was enough paper towels and TP to get us started. There was also a lot of beach chairs, toys, etc although we did not use them. All the appliances worked well. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a grill but the listing did say there wasn’t one so we were prepared. There wasn’t much in the way of food storage containers, no plastic wrap or foil but those are easily purchased at the dollar store. The house is close enough to a Walmart to get food delivered which was nice. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are in a separate unit out the patio door (by the pool). It was fine for us since we were all adults but if you are traveling with children be aware. The second unit has a kitchen but absolutely no cooking utensils, pans, etc. I guess you could use what is in the main house. We all ate together in the main house so we didn’t use the kitchen in the second unit. The second unit is cooled by two mini split units (one in each bedroom) the key the entire unit cool as long as we kept the bedroom doors open. The pool was very nice and clean and we enjoyed that it is enclosed since it helps keep the critters and leaves out of the pool. The check in/out was easy and I would stay at the property again.

Great place, great stay!

The condo was just as listed. It was clean, and comfortable and had everything you needed. We were a group of five adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed some of the games they had for us to play. A beautiful area close to a lot of attractions. The breakfast place on site was delicious and the people were very friendly. I would stay here again!

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable

The title line pretty much sums it up. We were very pleased with just about everything at this particular location. The water, heat and pressure were not the greatest in the shower, but that's the only real complaint I think we have.

Nice area

Overall it was clean but floors were dirty. Babies feet were very dirty after walking on them just a bit. Dishwasher didnt work. Beds very comfortable.

Spacious Family getaway!!

This was a great Condo. Very spacious. Checking in was very east. We experienced a lot of spiders and spider webs outside the door and the stairwells.

very accommodating!

The condo was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool area was awesome which is a priority for us. The boys LOVED the golf course as well. We are planning to return here this fall.

Great vacation

The property is just as described rooms were very big. Honestly should be labeled 3 bedroom 3 bath great price for what you pay.The amenities where awesome as well my son loved the golf course.The small children spent every evening in the pool which is very big and accommodating.Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great little vacation

We came to Branson for a dance competition. Myself, fiancé, and 5 girls, ages; 18, 13, 10, 6, & 3. Plenty of space for all of us. The loft was great for the older two. The pull out couch was perfect for the toddler. Fiancé & I loved the double sinks while getting ready in the morning. The pool and tiki bar was AWESOME. This place is in a great location, 10 minutes either way from the strip or silver dollar city, 2 minutes from the Wilks Theater. Walmart delivered our groceries and whatever else we forgot, there was a convenience gas station literally around the corner. My ONLY issue was we ran out of toilet paper on day 2, the place only had partial rolls on the holders… we didn’t know until about 10pm the second night when we were going through cabinets thinking there HAD to be just ONE extra roll. Also, the tub in the master bathroom does not drain well. These are MINOR issues, and we still 100% recommend this place, just come prepared! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming!

Nice place to stay but the mattress in the red room and upstairs are really need replaced.

Kitchen equipped well bur really tight with 3 ladies trying to cook. 2 of our couples didn’t sleep well because of bad mattresses. Rugs in master bath could probably use a washing. Otherwise ok.

Beautiful condo and location! Just needs all of the mattresses upgraded especially the upstairs bed. Other than that, best condo we stayed at in Pointe Royal.

Family Vacation

The property is located a nice distance from the main strip. The property is secure and check in was trouble free. When we arrived the door to the condo was unlocked and the complimentary amenities card was missing. The staff responded by the next morning to provide an alternate amenities key. The range in the kitchen was dirty which was easily cleaned, however the oven safety lock was jammed so we did not have an oven until the next day when the facilities support fixed the oven. I'm surprise that housekeeping did not notice the oven door was locked shut. Management responded quickly to address issues. Overall a pleasant stay.

Worked well for us

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well sized for us and comfortable. The only issue we had was poor stocking of house products. There were only 2 spare toilet paper rolls, half a roll of paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, 4 dryer sheets, and only 2 garbage bags for a family of 5 to use in 5 days. We had to buy more of each of those items. Not a deal breaker, just surprising.
