This is our "go to" place whenever we are in Cabanatuan. The staff is extremely amazing-very helpful, very accommodating and always smiling. They've anticipated our needs even before we ask specially during breakfast. We want to recognize the following: Edan, Ron, Mike, Mark and Abdul. They know us by name and would always check on us. We noticed an improvement on the breakfast, it was already very good before but now it's better. The GM is very hospitable and truly cares about the guests. We will be back.

Great place but wifi issues
Service was great the place was great just an issue and its a important one for me was the wifi i unerstand that its token based but it kept kicking us off after a few hours and there was no coverage by pool area and the lobby so it was useless in those areas it only works in your room

Excellent room quality, food and service !
Check in process was quick, our room was up to date in decor, a good size with two queen beds, well running AC and TV had a a variety of shows. Oir beds were made every day and bathroom was modern and soacious with separate glass enclosed shower. Wide selection of dishes to order for lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurantt. Hotel provides a complimentary alll you can eat buffett breakfast that served several entrees, including a separate table for cook to order eggs, omelettes, pasta, garlic rice, bread, coffee, milk and juices.

Hotel is the best in Cabanatuan city, excellent staff service, very courteous and polite. Breakfast buffet is just right not overwhelming, but could add a little more fruit varieties. Towels could be updated. Shower needs more attention to cleaning it regularly.

Welcoming reception staff on check in, which was easy. Just remember to have PHP 2000 available as a security deposit. Bedroom was clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Limited TV options, but not enough to be a problem. Outdoor swimming pool was small but was nice and remains open to 10pm. I had breakfast included, it was a buffet style and decent options, albeit two options were pork. Freshly cooked eggs was a nice touch. All in all a good hotel and I will go back.

It is a good hotel, around 3 stars. Restaurant was average, breakfast was standard. We were not escorted to our room even when we had a lot of bags, we had to find where our room was. Internet is slow.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry service was manageable if you need your clothes laundered during your trip. We had breakfast vouchers each morning and the food was great even during Friday of Holy Week. Dianne, Front Desk Rep, was great as always and took care of our needs.

Great place to stay and extra special during Christmas time when the front of the property gets decorated. Breakfast Buffet option was great. Dianne assisted me with check-in and made the process very easy and painless. Dianne gave great answers to a lot of my questions. Kevin who helped deliver our bags to the room were also helpful. Stayed in Executive Room and had ample space to move around between my wife and I. Staff was very responsive to our needs especially when fixing toilet and hot water in the bathroom. Very professional staff. Would greatly recommend for those staying in the Cabanatuan City / Nueva Ecija region.

It was a pleasant stay. There were some incidents(phone not ringing, water leaking under the sink), but they were promptly taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was excellent. The only drawback I can think of is the noise coming from the hallway. The hallway floor is marble and you can hear people walking outside the room. Overall, we are happy that we chose Harvest.

During our 2-week stay, staff at all levels was excellent & comparable & in cases better than those at 5-star hotels we have stayed at including Hilton, Embassy Suites, and a couple we stayed at in Manila. I greatly appreciated very helpful communication from reservation account executive prior to our booking/stay. Front desk help was always helpful & accommodating. Friendly guardsmen were ever present to greet us at the front door. Restaurant staff was attentive. Housekeeping was also polite in hallways & quickly responsive when we asked for things like extra shampoo, soap, coffee packets and water bottle. I would highly recommend Harvest and will definitely book again for our next staycation.
