Las Marinas penthouse is a 60m2 apartment located on the third and last floor of a renovated building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which gives it a capacity for up to 6 people.

Very close to the Alameda Apodaca, the Baluarte de la Candelaria, the Genovés Park and other points of interest in the city. Ideal for going for a walk and enjoying the surroundings.

The first bedroom has a 150x190cm bed and the second has a 135x190cm bed, as well as storage space. Next to the bedrooms we find a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

For the comfort of our guests, we have a parking space in the same building where the apartment is located, included in the price of the reservation.

Propriété dans le « vieux Càdiz ». Facile de marcher dans la ville, vers le marché central, etc. Cuisine généralement bien équippé (mais aucun gant isolant pour le fourneau et l’ouvre-bouteille semble brisé). Les gens qui gèrent la propriété sont amables et facilement accessibles via What’s App.
