BLEU D'ANCRE Residence - Magnificent 2-bedroom apartment (71 sq m), quiet, on the 4th floor of the residence, ideal for 4 to 5 people.  
  
In excellent condition (recent construction, 2019), the entrance leads to a beautiful, spacious, and bright living room (double sofa bed - 140 cm) opening onto a lovely terrace (14.50 sq m) with views of the lake and mountains, a modern and functional open-plan kitchen, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds - 160 cm) with their own terrace overlooking the marina and mountains, a modern and spacious shower room, and a separate WC.  
  
Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, garage with private parking space (17m²)
