"Very much enjoyed my stay here, first time visiting cape cod and this was the perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. Highly recommend if you like to have a warm welcoming for your first trip to cape cod :) also love the building it was so beautiful! "

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway. This house was perfect as it wasn't far from beaches ferries etc. The house lacked for nothing... toys and games for all aged kids, a great assortment of books for readers as well as every basic necessity you would need during your stay (even soap for poison ivy!). Plenty of towels - beach and bath. The garage is filled with.everything you'd need for the beach as well as an assorted selection of bikes. We had two adults and four kids staying (ages 9-15) and we loved being able to bike down to get ice cream, Dunkin and even slushies at Cumberland. With four bedrooms, the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax (the 3 couches in the livingroom worked well for us).. The back yard was also very spacious. Teens hung out in the tree swing. The outdoor shower had hot water so you could bath in the open sky. The owner was very communicative and sent some fabulous info on the house and area, including recommending some great beaches and places of interest. Overall, all the six of us give this rental a big thumbs up!"

"We had a wonderful stay here in July! The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and with six bedrooms, there was plenty of room for privacy for all 13 of us! Julie is very responsive to questions and concerns. The upper deck and the lower patio have perfect views of the beach and had a lovely breeze. There are plenty of boats, water toys, and chairs to enjoy at the waterfront and the water is clean and warm. And the boys all enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table and the older adults loved the bar and hot tub! We had a super week, and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Julie!"

"This home and yard are bigger than I thought they would be looking at the pictures, making this property perfect for hosting a large group. Ample space in the bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen is fully equipped. Also the huge mudroom was a surprise favorite feature of ours - great for keeping everything organized and out of the main living areas. The pool was amazing and the yard behind is large, perfect for hosting outdoor activities. The location centers you between tons of fun local activities including the beach, downtown Falmouth, Mashpee commons, local wineries and tons of amazing restaurants. Lastly the hosts were responsive, helpful and accommodating. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this home for your next vacation! "
