Outside views are spectacular from sunrise to sunset; including the stars at night. Access the beach by the private stairs. Family friendly warm water, red sand, & views for miles. Spend hours walking & exploring the beach as the tide changes daily from high to low creating warm tidal pools trapping ocean life like snails, hermit crabs, fish, clams & mussels. Enjoy watching a wide variety of shore birds that live on the island, bald eagles & great blue herons.
The professionally landscaped property boasts a nautical fence, lighthouse, lots of trees for privacy and a large flat lawn that is perfect for outdoor games like ladder ball, frisbee.

Relax outdoors on the deck facing the Northumberland Strait in the comfortable conversation seating area, outdoor dining tables for adults and children; plus a new BBQ and Fire Table.
