“We had a great stay here in Huntsville. It was a spacious property that was perfect for us going back and forth from a swim meet. About 15 mins from downtown. Kids had plenty of space to run around and play. It is a little sparsely furnished for the amount of space in the common areas but it worked for us and great for the price! All needed kitchen items were there, great dining table and bar for meals, and communication was great!”

The decor was just as if I decorated it myself. I loved the fact they had. Computer with WIFI for us. So many small details were noticed that showed pride in ownership. “We are very easy going people and we recently decided to do a long weekend in Huntsville with our kids. After much research and looking at pictures we chose this house. It looks nothing like the pictures and upon entering it smelled of smoke. The carpet was filthy and one of the beds was broken in half. There were too many bugs to mention and the surrounding area appeared unsafe. I immediately called to explain that my daughter and I have asthma and that we could not stay there. I asked……

“I tried to work things out with PM, but they really don't care. The property manager took an unexpected 60 on 1st payment, and took 2nd pmt without authorization. Then refused to send check-in info until almost time. Failed to tell us you have to go all the way to the front to use the code, so it took like half an hour to get in. The downstairs is crawling with roaches, and the floors and baseboards are filthy upstairs. The master BR window can't be closed while using the AC, so we fought the……
