I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt). “Apartments were clean with easy access. Centrally located entertainment room was enjoyed by my granddaughter with claw machines, games, and TV. It is a newer property and still needs a few touches, like wall decor to soften the echoes. A bench outside the individual rentsls would be nice for seating, but there's a great area out back with chairs and heating if needed. ”

We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down.
