“Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise”

“The air conditioning is not very cold”

“I booked a one night stay because the pictures looked nice. When I got my room it was musty scent in the room and smelled like pee could’ve been on the carpet so I told the front desk person and she said the person who stayed last night didn’t have a problem. I wasn’t concerned about someone else’s stay so I didn’t care for that comment. A friend of my mine came in my room to confirm it was unpleasant smell as well. So I got another room which didn’t smell much better. The vents in the bathroom……

“I thought the food offerings were mediocre. I stayed at a LaQuinta in Marietta that provided fresly made fajitas that were delicious, best ive had at a hotel but I dont know that those were offered. The breakfast offerings were meager as well, there was no grits or pancakes. We're in the south. And the popcorn was sparingly offered. As for service, I was particularly disturbed that I had to remind the staff to service the room and fix the drain in the sink multiple times.”

“Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.”

“2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!”
