We were told 4 times that the airport shuttle was on it's way.....a total lie 4 times. Multiple other hotel shuttles were making numerous trips. Finally after 45 minutes we got a cab and paid over $20 for transport. Very disappointing. I know which shuttles were making frequent trips and will be selecting one of those for my next stay. We also had to Uber to the airport in the morning because we were told the shuttle was full-only it wasn't because people just failed to show up. More of our money wasted.

The mattresses were hard as a rock! I didn’t sleep yet paid for 2 rooms for our family’s 1 night stay. Reconsider buying some new mattresses. You skimped on the one item that customers value the most. The ability to get a decent night sleep.
