“We’ve been renting with Vrbo for ten plus years and never once had an issue. The listing was incorrect, stating the unit wasn’t connected to the owner. The connecting couldn’t be locked from the rental side. They have updated that information now in the listing, hopefully they’ve added a slide bolt. Property manager argued even after we provided proof and refused to refund us. We didn’t even stay in the property and went to a hotel.Thank goodness Vrbo stepped up and helped with some of our……

“I did not stay a whole 24 hours as I was there between flights. The time I did stay was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Room and general areas were nice and clean., I will go there again and experience all they have.”

“The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.”
