Extremely friendly staff in a very clean and modern hotel. Our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Terrific walk in shower with lots of room and housekeeping was great as we returned to a clean room and fresh linens every afternoon. Food at the dining hall was good and the reception desk always was manned with very friendly and courteous staff. The waitress was as nice as you could get and we enjoyed her conversation while we were there

I’ve been online for over an hour trying to check in. There was no shuttle at the airport and I called and let it ring for 30 minutes with no luck. I ended up having to Uber and now I’m waiting in a line 8 people deep. There’s one person here and nobody can answer any questions. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will need a refund.

You have to pay for parking. Also the blackout curtains don’t close all the way because of the air conditioner and in my room the outside lights seemed like they were in the under hang of the building so therefore my room illuminated and I had a hard time sleeping since the room was not dark. For that reason I don’t think I’ll be back. Aside from that.. I did like the hotel and the area and if you can sleep in a room with light you would be fine staying here.

First off i just want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at the hotel, not only their professionalism but also their hospitality and their laid back attitude. I enjoyed my stay so much that it was kind of a bummer leaving. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for somewhere to stay the Hilton Garden inn is the spot! I do want to send a shoutout to Robert, Morgan, Lisa, James, and of course everyone else GREAT staff and i hope when i return i can stay there again. Thank you!

I can't understand why a hotel like a Hilton chain don't have a plan B for problem system issues. I had to sleep with my family, a kid included into the car in the parking just because your system is down and I can't did my check in. That's terrible!!!

Was very shocked to see that you now have to pay for parking. Been staying there for a few years and thought surly that was just for the guest that were flying in and out. It's for everybody indeed. May look for a new property for my future stays.
