My room was spotless… My minions smelled very fresh… The shower was very clean and water pressurewas good as well. The staff was very attentive. The valet service was awesome. I like that I could call for my car from my room from the app and it be ready when I got downstairs. They were very helpful with removing or placing items in my car. They opened the door for me and everything. I will definitely be staying again.

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. Our stay was wonderful they offered breakfast and dinner plus 2 free drinks per evening. Our room and the hotel was very clean. They have an indoor pool and spa but the spa the jets weren’t all working that I would say was disappointing but overall a very nice hotel and location.

The property is nice and placate in a nice area convenient to shopping. We had a pleasant experience; however, we did witness a staff member being rude to a family trying to get juice from the breakfast area right at the end of breakfast. She got unnecessarily loud and disrespectful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are modern and clean. Hotel also has nice pool and pretty good fitness center. You must call to schedule pickup/transfers to the airport.

I'm never disappointed when I stay at Springhill Suites no matter where the location is.

I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.

We had tickets to the Hornets and the Spectrum Center was just across the street! The Hotel was excellent; our suite was perfect for 5people and the free breakfast was the best!

My daughter and I stayed for a single night over the weekend. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to be helpful. I even had an employee stop in the parking garage to help us find the stairway to the ground floor as he was leaving for the day! Above and beyond my expectations. I was attending our annual Wine & Design franchisee conference and had an amazing experience! Every member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal! The facility is lovely and appropriately priced for the amenities they provide. The food was wonderful! Knowing we had banquet style meals, my expectations were pretty low.
