“Nice property close to restaurants and activities. Patio was really nice. Enclosed so no bugs. A few minutes walk to the park where we watched a SpaceX launch. Host was very attentive and friendly. Definitely would stay there again. ”

“The neighborhood was nice. It was a little far away from where my family lived but the drive was ok. The area did not have much to offer for shopping. Grocery stores and convience stores were about a mile or farther away. The unit was clean and relaxing. The TV service could have been more local. There were no local stations for news and network programming. Other than that it was a good trip and a relaxing stay. ”

I wasn’t too impressed with the beef selection in the chain grocery’s around town, but the host keyed me in to a great farmers market right down the street. We got some great tritip and a big bag of the best beef bacon I ever consumed. The house is a cool older design, it was great. I would recommend and stay again.”

“Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! ”
