It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available.”

“Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code. “Tiny house was a bit confusing to find as well as parking. The house was just right for what we needed. A shelf in the shower would have been nice to have but it didn't affect the quality of the stay. Over all we wanted to try living in a tiny home to see if it was something we could do later in in life. I think it was the perfect size to get us a taste of tiny home living. ”

“This place is gorgeous! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough 😭 We booked it for the night after visiting Kennedy space centre which was 20 minutes away, before moving on to Miami but I wish we had stayed another night or two. Didn’t check out the pool or other amenities but it all looked good. The 3 bed premier condo was spacious for the four of us, so each of my teenage kids got their own room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the shower was fabulous, all of which was welcome……

Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. “Nice home with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and screened in porch looking over the pond.Was in town to visit family. Thank you Joel for letting me host Easter dinner with them. Had plenty of room for cooking and gathering. We spent the week visiting with family and friends so we didn't do much of anything in the area. Couldn't even get to the beach since we had 4 days of rain. Did make it to Cocoa Village for a few hours of browsing with my cousin. We did enjoy breakfast on the porch and……
