Our historic hotel turned sleek apartments offers stunning city and river views from our rooftop lounge . Dive into relaxation at our pool and sky lounge or energize in our 24/7 fitness center. Within walking distance, you can find: Paycor Stadium (7 min) Great American Ball Park (7 min) Important: Please note, a background check (No SSN) is required. Valet parking services do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
