Best Western Eastland

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was really friendly! My room was clean and comfortable, and I would stay here again."

Executive Inn

8/10 Good

"So lets be frank, this is a classic old school motel built probably before most people reading this was even born. The outside may not the most eye appealing, but its ok. The lady at the desk was very nice. The doors have been updated to keyless entry. Inside the room I was impressed. Its a small room, but it does what a motel should do. Sleep, shower, leave. The room was very well kept and clean. The flooring looked new, and if not, it is maintained. There was absolutely no foul or bizarre smells inside the room. The rooms have an old school built in window unit for a/c. It took a few minutes, but it did get really chilled in the room. The bed was firm and I slept pretty good. I wasn't bothered by any outside noises. I was able to park right in front of my room. I that about motels b/c I travel with a lot of stuff that I have to unload and reload when leaving. I think the price was a little much for this place, but in the long run it was good stay."

Lakeside Cabin #4

10/10 Excellent

"This property was exactly what it looks like--essentially a fishing cabin for a family or group of friends. Great access to the water and dock! The host was responsive and staff were available on site almost all of the time, far more than we expected. Everyone was nice. A couple of blips: On Saturday afternoon the water stopped working. The host was on it immediately, and it was repaired quickly, but a heads up would have been nice and staved off panic. Cleanliness: the AC units need a serious clean. My husband is allergic to mold and they are very moldy. BUT, the cabin itself was clean. We did run out of toilet paper late on Saturday--a stash in the cabin would have been nice. Finally, there was a noisy party in the next cabin until the early hours. Karaoke. All in all, we had a decent vacation and enjoyed (most of) our time."
