Furnished in a modern style, this apartment combines functionality and design. The decorations and furniture in light tones convey a sense of freshness and lightness. Moreover, this apartment is particularly bright and airy. ADDITIONAL INFO The apartment can accommodate up to three people. It features one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc., and a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a portable air conditioner, and free wi-fi is available. EXTRAS In this property, pets are not allowed. Baby beds are available at an extra cost. Extra cleaning and linen are available at an additional cost. Transportation can be provided, please contact us! ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift.. PARKING There is no private parking, but you can park your car within the blue stripes in Via Rezzonico or in nearby Viale Lecco though. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. You can pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the \\"EasyPark\\" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri. HIGHLIGHTS & HOME TRUTHS \>Central location - in a few minutes you can get to all landmarks and the lake. \>No air conditioning but we can provide guests with fans to cool the rooms. NEIGHBORHOOD \\"Celeste\\" is just a few steps from the lake and very close to the historical centre of Como. Just a few minute walk and you can start your stroll along the lake. There are several bars and restaurants nearby as well. A small supermarket is close to the property. The train station Como Nord Lago is also very close to the property. GETTING AROUND Ten minutes on foot are enough to get to Como San Giovanni. From this station, there are regular trains departing to Milano Centrale and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). From Como Nord Lago station – it will take you no more than five minutes to get there on foot, it is possible to travel to Milano Cadorna. In the city of Como and nearby towns, ASF Autolinee buses are in operation – the bus station is just one minute on foot from the flat. Tickets can be obtained from the driver (cash only) or in designated places (the main bus station in Piazza Matteotti, bars, and tobacco stores). Taxis are also available. However, the historical centre, the main sightseeing objects and the lake are a walking distance away from the property. From the pier in central Como, a local ferry service will take you to Cernobbio, Torno, Bellagio, Varenna, Colico, and other lakeside towns. Please note – if traveling in high season, we advise you to be patient with long waiting lines at the ticket office. Tickets can also be bought online on the Navigazione Laghi website. The nearest airports are Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. It is possible to arrange a direct shuttle to and from the airport at an additional cost. TIPS \>We advise you to take a day to visit the marvelous little towns around the lake. Como city is the urban center of the area, but the little towns are gems with glorious lakeside villas. \>To travel and walk around Lake Como, especially in the little towns, comfortable shoes are a must. \>There are many public drinking-water fountains in the area, and the water is safe to drink unless stated otherwise. Tap water is also drinkable. You can carry your own refillable bottle! \>If you are looking for a relatively easy hike in the area and want to enjoy mountain views anyway, Lake Como Greenway is a wonderful, easy-to-follow trail that connects the lakeside towns from Colonno to Griante and doesn\\'t require too much walking uphill. A bus can take you from Como to the starting point in Colonno. \>Look for traditional restaurants where you can try local foods such as Lake Como fish dishes. \>In Italy, many shops (especially the little ones) and services are closed in the middle of the day, so be careful to plan your shopping accordingly. \>Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe and the deepest in Italy. Swimming and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous. For those who wish to dwell in the water, however, there are some options. In Como city, there is an outdoor pool near Villa Olmo, but generally swimming in the lake is prohibited in many areas. There are beaches in other lakeside towns. Lido di Bellagio and pebbly San Giovanni beach will be waiting for those who wish to travel and explore the beautiful town of Bellagio which lies in the middle of the two Larian branches. Locals and visitors also enjoy traveling to Nesso where the bravest swimmers can jump into the lake from the ancient Roman bridge near the waterfall. \>Lake Como is located in a mountainous region. The surrounding pre-Alps might not seem very high, but the climate is nevertheless affected by the nearby mountains, and temperatures can change quickly.
