“Tolles, großzügiges Apartment (Nr. 7, 2.OG) mit jeder Menge Platz. In beiden großen Räumen Klimaanlage, die allerdings im oberen Schlafraum an ihre Grenzen stößt (wobei man klar sagen muss, dass 32 Grad Außentemperatur halt auch nicht grade wenig ist). Komplett mit großer Küche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Aber nur ein Bad, was bei mehr als 4 Personen halt entsprechende Logistik erfordert. Ansonsten schön eingerichtet, kleiner Balkon (zum Innenhof), Aufzug mit Schlüssel endet direkt im……

“Como is expensive town, but this place is ecxellent compared to offered price. Everything is equipped well including cookong, heater works very warm. View in terrace is stunning. Location is a few blocks away from center of town. Only a few reviews here, but do not worry about place. It is very hidden jewel.”

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
