It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful week of vacation.There are several several fishing, boating and hiking options within a short drive. The International Wolf Center and North American Bear Centers are less than an hour away in Ely and there is another bear sanctuary a short drive from the cabin.We highly recommend it!”

The living room is comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is cozy with plenty of storage space. We had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but would have happily spent a lot longer here. “Went on guys' golf trip. 4 of us. This place was great. The location is right between 2 golf courses. Beautiful villa. Great to have complimentary pancakes, coffee, etc... Can't say enough good things about Walden Haus.”

“Overall loved the cabin and the experience! Luke was VERY responsive and we had everything we needed. The cabin was well equipped with beds & linens, supplies, games, kitchen utensils, an awesome gas grill and Traeger smoker, sauna and a private boat launch. Side note, the pictures were taken with a wide angle lens and they make the space look bigger than it actually is. However, the space is very comfortable and clean! Fun was had by all! We are already considering staying here again for skiing...
