“This place is awesome. The view is amazing and it is very peaceful there. I got to admit that I was worried this was in the middle of a pasture and there were going to be cows everywhere but actually the cabin/home is right off the driveway overlooking the beautiful rolling hills with a great view of the mountains. Additionally, it is located only about 10 - 12 minutes from downtown Blue ridge and is an easy drive to everything. The inside of the home is cozy, updated, adorable and very clean....

“Our multi generational family enjoyed our time so much at the Modern Farmhouse Retreat. The kids loved playing on the property and we all enjoyed ending the day in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The home was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. There was so much to do in the area as well. We’re already making plans to go back!”

“We have been to this property before.We enjoyed ourselves.The only negative is that the owner wasn’t aware that the dish tv wasn’t working so we weren’t able to watch the local channels.He did come out to see what the issue was but we were able to watch Netflix .I would recommend this property and return when available”

“Two BR. and a Bath under the main cabin floor. The place was immaculate! The host were wonderful. The location couldn't be better. The bed was comfortable and thank God for the recliner. I have a bad back. There is River just about in the back yard. Breakfast and lunch are within walking distance in a mom and pop store that sells a variety of things. Beautiful Water Falls and a short drive to beautiful mountain views. Don't miss downtown Blue Ridge. Great shops, friendly people, a tourist train...
