Envy of peace and nature, come and relax in the single-storey gîte that we have just built on the ground floor of an old renovated barn (without accommodation neither above nor next to it). You will not be bored in the CATHAR COUNTRY. You will be enchanted by the diversity of sites to discover: lakes, gorges, Cathar castles, caves, ... and by the various activities nearby: hiking or mountain biking, white water sports, horseback riding or horseback riding. donkey, fishing (fish farming in a mountain setting ... great for children to fish and cook trout on the spot!), outdoor thermal hot water pool and wellness center (massages ..) 15 minutes from the cottage, all in an exceptional environment ... From the estate, you can go for beautiful hikes or mountain biking and enjoy the view of the Pic de Bugarach (1231 m.), walk to Rennes le Château (3 km) rich in its mysteries ... Known worldwide, it is a charming little village with restaurants, bars.

A slice of peace in the Languedoc
A wonderful gite in the most stunning countryside - beautiful views, wonderful wine and history all around with the Cathar castles and Carcassonne all close by. We had a wonderful week and wish we could have stayed in our tranquil little hideaway for ever. The gite was very clean and comfortable and well-equipped, we didn't want for anything. Annie-Claude was a wonderful hostess and was extremely helpful to us. When Willilam is older it would be great to bring him back to run around the hills...

A beautiful location wiht incredible views. The accommodation is immaculately kept with an excellent layout. Every need is catered for with high chairs, travel cots , spare bedding etc.... The owners were fantatsic and always bale to advise on best places to buy food, best restraunts, best beaches etc.. I would strongly reccommned this location to anyone and we will be re-visisting many more times in the future with our family

Casa bien equipada y muy nueva. Tranquilidad absoluta, ya que esta en medio del campo, con la casa de los propietarios al lado. Propietarios muy amables y respetuosos de la privacidad. Jardín muy agradable. Calidad/ precio muy buena. Acceso por pista asfaltada desde Rennes le Chateau a unos 3km, sin problema, sunque estrecha. A tener en cuenta por si llevas equipamiento digital, que la TV es antigua, aunque grande y se ve correctamente. Dispone de Canal+ (sin canales en español) con lector USB. Conexion Wifi, limitada, pero suficiente. Si quieres relajarte, es tu casa.

Eindrucksvolle Landschaft
Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und fern von allem Touristen-Trubel auf einem Berg inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Dennoch ist es nicht einsam, da zwei freundliche Hunde die Bewachung übernehmen und manchmal die Glöckchen der Schafe zu hören sind. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz mit seinen zwei Schlafzimmern. Wenn es kalt ist, gibt es eine gut funktionierende Heizung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, geben gerne Auskunft bei Fragen, lassen aber auch den Gästen ihre Privatsphäre. So ist dieses Haus ein idealer Ort, um sich zu erholen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Mountainbiketouren und Besichtigungsfahren nach Carcasonne und ins Katharerland.

Un séjour très agréable!
L'hôtesse est à l'écoute des locataires, disponible et très accueillante. Le gîte est situé dans un environnement ressourçant, juste face au village mystérieux de Rennes-le-Château et la région proche est particulièrement riche en paysages spectaculaires et en sites historiques. A refaire!

La nature au plus près
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce gîte. Séjour parfait malgré une météo un peu catastrophique avec 1 seul jour de beaux temps. Heureusement le lieu est magnifique et les commodités sont vraiment bien. Vraiment central pour visiter la région en étant quand même a l'écart des centres villes.

Gîte très agréable et très confortable (nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants en bas âge). Parfaitement équipé pour une famille. Un accueil des propriétaires très sympathique et à l'écoute. Cela fait deux fois que nous venons et souhaitons y revenir tant la région, les activités et les randonnées sont plaisantes et diversifiées. Bien évidemment nous recommandons ce gîte.

Très jolie location!
En famille, nous avons passé 2 semaines idéales aux Patiasses. Location spacieuse, très bien équipée. Petits déjeuners et dîners au jardin, randonnées et baignades en lacs la journée. Foire au Bio à Couiza, Rennes le Chateau est charmant tout comme Alet. Lac de Quillan pour se rafraîchir, base de kayak à Couiza, Lac de Puivert pour la détente, un peu plus haut le train rouge ou vers Belcaire pour des températures plus clémentes et le très joli lac de baignade. Des vacances en août réussies, et un propriétaire disponible et discret.

Parfaitement situé pour explorer la région
Pour explorer la région de Rennes-le-Château, cette location est parfaitement située. On y voit de loin Rennes-le-Château et le mont Bugarach. Il n'y a pas de piscine, par contre il y a plein de possibilités de se baigner aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont gentils et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
