“Un véritable coup de cœur. Ce lieu est une recommandation absolue, pour absolument tout : la situation, l’accueil chaleureux, le confort et le délicieux petit-déjeuner. Nous avons réservé à la toute dernière minute et avons pourtant vécu un week-end merveilleux à Saint‑Jean‑de‑Paracol, tout près de Rouvenac. Un endroit d’exception, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Un vrai haut niveau, à tous points de vue.”

“The hosts are lovely, the parking was great and the space charming. The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. “Aardige plek bij watermolen, langs doorgaande weg. Zelf erg op netheid, schoon, stofvrij en hygiene. Bovenstaand had dit verblijf niet, aardige gastheer dat wel maar dat is normaal toch. ”

“Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful.”

“Lovely shabby chic style hotel with lots of upcycled features within a renovated collection of buildings around a central courtyard. Attentive welcome from the owner and lots of nice touches, such as the gifting of a delicious homemade chocolate dessert on our final night. Makes a pleasant change from overly commercialised and formulaic hotels, where you are just part of a pipeline of guests - this feels more like staying with family or friends. Highly recommended”
