Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate. 📷 Please note that we have installed three exterior cameras to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. One is located at the front door, another at the side door that monitors the driveway, and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device in the backyard, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices. 📌 This property is under the management of TAILORED STAYS \- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - 📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID: Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. 💳 Security Deposit: A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. The house is super cute and was really fun to hangout at wether we were in the Jam room, playing the arcade games, hanging out outside or playing games upstairs. The place put our vacation over the top. Great communication from the host, who was very helpful. The practice music room was a plus..! Very clean and we had great communication with the property manager. High end AC. Nice back yard and front porch area. Also, probably the most important thing, the beds were very comfy.
