"The heater/ac unit made a lot of noise. I was not able to leave it on at night because it made a lot of noise. It was cold, but we decided to just keep warm under the blankets rather than hearing that stupid unit."

"Parking garage is super sketch with a mobile police camera set up, guess that’s why it cost 30$ a day? The hotel on the outside looks dirty and worn out… well same for the inside. Not a good look when you can see mattresses against the top floor windows. Damaged elevators, damaged and worn out furniture in the rooms, cigarette burns on furniture, cigarette burns on window seals, holes in carpet, tv from what I would assume was 2005! Lobby smelt like drakkar noir cologne. Tacoma and this hotel are in far worse shape since I last visited in 2016. City looks like a ghost town, 10 years ago is was insanely busy. Found a Hampton inn in a nicer town and had a far better time. I will give the front desk manager I believe it was props for partially refunding me. Don’t waste your time! "
