Damaged elevators, damaged and worn out furniture in the rooms, cigarette burns on furniture, cigarette burns on window seals, holes in carpet, tv from what I would assume was 2005! Lobby smelt like drakkar noir cologne. Tacoma and this hotel are in far worse shape since I last visited in 2016\. City looks like a ghost town, 10 years ago is was insanely busy. Found a Hampton inn in a nicer town and had a far better time. I will give the front desk manager I believe it was props for partially refunding me. Don’t waste your time!
