“Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. “I’d give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. The house and room were pretty clean! Nice location. It is street parking but it’s in a nice neighborhood so we weren’t as worried once we got there. I would describe this as being in between a hotel and hostel - other rooms are rented by other strangers and there is a shared bathroom. Basically like staying in a dorm tbh.
