"The room and the house were clean, the view and the community were lovely, but this was setup like a HOSTEL situation and not a standard BNB.There are 9 rooms, all labeled and all with different guests and a variety of shared amenities. It was a warm day and the rooms are not climate controlled. "We loved the cleanliness and the condition of the property. Our room was very comfortable and the towels were large and soft. The location of the property was so convenient to downtown area. Although 3rd Street can be a little rough due to people camped out on the sidewalk, we never felt unsafe. We would absolutely stall here again."
