Great place
We really enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever rented. Short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, except a pizza cutter but we easily made due. Will definitely rent again.

Great location by the beach
This property is very across the street from the beach with a private entrance. The complex was quiet and good for relaxing between beach visits. The expected cleaning procedure from the guest is a bit over the top in my opinion, considering the overall price and the expectation that they clean it anyway. Additionally, they charged me extra to fulfill my request to check in early, even though the unit was ready. Not a huge deal, but just not the most hospitable. Overall, I would stay here again.

Beachy paradise
Everything went smoothly, and the unit was as pictured. The Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect, and the internet had been down and had to be reset, but they're online help info made that pretty easy as well. I was able to fix it without much trouble, but someone without Wi-Fi knowledge might have struggled. I would absolutely stay there again.

Steps to the beach
The condo is beautiful but small. The 2 beds were full size not queens as advertised, but the sheets were for queen size beds. The management did replace them with the correct size sheets 3 days later. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, the big pool and the beach

Great time and accommodations
We really enjoyed our stay. The property management company did a great job communicating the instructions for the rental, expectations and local attractions. The beach is a very short walk and the crowd on the beach was much better than at larger resorts. While the property management does not provide beach service more information regarding the beach service provider (rates, hours, etc) could be helpful. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but we might have gone with the beach service had we known more about it. Great stay. Great rental.

Great location!
Easy check in and room exactly as advertised. Private access to beach, nice furniture, appliances and balcony area. Easy walk to several restaurants. Outside shower to rinse before heading indoors. Overall great stay- I did have someone swipe/scratch my car in the parking area but things happen!

Nice little place across from the beach.
Simple check in/check out. This could use a little updating as a couple things didn't work(front motion light, bathroom exhaust fan, etc.) but nothing that we absolutely needed. This could also use a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well to help with cooling. All in all we were not disappointed. Great price point and location. We never turned on the tvs or used the Dot really so we cant speak on those items. We plan to return to this location next year!

Great place for kids
We spend spring break here with our two toddlers and it was absolutely perfect! The beach is a short walk away, the pool is heated and perfect for swimming! We took bike rides on the scenic route and had fun exploring. The unit was very clean and "toddler" friendly with the leather couches and round coffee table. Communication with shore rentals was excellent. They were super helpful and friendly and gave us lots of great details. Would definitely stay here again!

Kansans stay in Destin!
We arrived late (11:30 pm) on a Thursday night in June. There was no air conditioning in our condo and the temp was 87 degrees. We called and they were able to put us up in another condo for the night and promptly fixed our AC the following day. We truly appreciated the assistance so late at night. It was a great experience. It is so close to the beach and some great eating & drinking establishments. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Vacation
The vacation was perfect. Wonderful location, very clean, super nice, and perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach. The home was great. It was clean, very comfortable, and we absolutely loved it. The communication with the owners was great. We received emails a week ahead and a few days before. I couldn't ask for a better vacation. TIME OUT
We spent the Holidays together, by ourselves. Though we love our kids and grandkids with all of our hearts, these moments together and days of peace and solitude, strolls on the beach with our dogs, flying a kite, and collecting shells was like our honeymoon all over again. I proposed to my wife many years ago on a beach at sunset with a bottle of champagne. This time together reminds us of the fortune of love that we share and the moments we have spent together that have carried us this far on our journey. It puts a smile on my face and warms my heart to know there is so much more on the horizon.
