“very loud. need better access to all stairwells. half the parking blocked off. the resturant had great food but the service was horrible. they sit people with kids in the parlour separate area and then the get forgotten.”

“Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. Went down to tell the front desk and they seemed surprised, not sure how cleaning staff could not smell it, and while they did offer to move us rooms we were too tired to move and have an early flight. For the price expect more amenities, felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Found out shuttle only runs until……

“From the moment of our arrival to checkout it was perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms were large and comfortable. There were two cozy chairs and a small, round wooden table in the corner, and a long writing desk with refrigerator and other amenities on one wall. The king size bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, and the service there was top notch as well. The location itself is quiet and tranquil. You can get into nearby……
