However, we had to request sheets, a blanket, and pillows to make up thr sofa bed. Those items should have already been in the room. My husnand has a CPAP, but there's no outlet by the bed, so we had to get an extention cord from reception. There was only hit water from the showerhead, so if you tried to use the hand-held shower wand, the water was cold. But as I said, the room was nice. We started to walk using map quest and it said it was a 20 minute walk, not 5 minutes, when a passerby told us about the name change. We went back to the shuttle stand and tried calling the number on the poster for the shuttle but the recording said thr number as unassigned. I redialed several times getting the same message. When we finally arrived at the hotel 50 mins later and checked in we had to be directed by cleaning staff as to where to go in the hotel as the front desk did not provide accurate directions. The pillows were as flat as pancakes, the room was chilly and had no blankets. The sheets were rough and very stiff and I was thankful we were only there for a few hours between flights.
