“Terrible Experience! The check-out time had been clearly agreed in advance as 11:30 AM. However, on the day of departure, I received an unexpected message at 10:00 AM demanding that I remove my luggage immediately.
At that time, we were in the middle of a tour and were forced to interrupt our plans and return to the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience.
This was a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I expected much better communication and respect for agreed arrangements.”

“Hotel S Bento is your typical larger hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. We did have dinner in the hotel one night which was quite good but if you are looking for ambiance, it's not at this hotel. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to the National Park which was our primary desire.
I'd stay again but simply be ok with a "hotel" vs. any type of BnB.”
