"Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. "Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"This house was perfect for 13 adults (we got cozy), tons of room for all and the backyard was excellent for hanging out. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook and grill out. Only issue was landscaping on the outside patio. Lots of weeds and grass was overgrown. Besides that, great place to stay."

"Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy."

"My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. "Great place overall. Looks like the area is going through gentrification and this is one of the new properties they have placed. With that I never felt unsafe or there were any issues, we woke up every morning at 5AM and ran down to the waterway since it is right next to downtown. "Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay."

"We will definitely come back to this same area! What a great spot. Very easy check-in and out. We had never been to this beach before. Clean, quiet, safe home. 100 steps to the beach! Other guests of the property all came and went at all different times, so the property never felt "packed" and there wasnt ever anyone hanging out right outside our door. The only downside was the bed - the mattress is very difficult to sleep on, but we ended up buying a mattress topper while we were down there...

"This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service.
