“Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).”

“Very convenient location for me. I do wish the kitchen had paper towels or kitchen dishcloths as I had to use my hand towel instead. Room was clean and bed was comfy.”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Bon Acceuil à notre arrivée, bon rapport qualité prix, literie de qualité , calme, propre. Dommage qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, comme prévu uniquement deux tabourets, bien que chambre pour quatre personnes…). Le vrai point fort de cet hôtel et son emplacement à proximité direct de Time Square entre Flatiron et l’Empire, métro à 100m.”

Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven. We were aware of that going in, so we were not disappointed. We were not provided the WiFi password upon arrival, but after……
