“RENTERS BEWARE!!!Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a very strong odor of fresh paint in the living room that made it uncomfortable to stay in the home.Each bedroom had someones name on the door (which was super odd in itself) and was secured with its own lock code; however, we were never provided with the codes at check-in, so we could not access the bedrooms. “The three of us wanted a weekend to enjoy NYC. Decided to stay further out in Jersey to save some money. Honestly, we only stayed at the rental for sleep and showers. We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC. Cons: even with short showers, the water in the shower quickly turned cold, not even allowing the 3rd person to shower right away. There was a lot of noise upstairs, footsteps of running……

“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. Safe, open , friendly, cool historic places and food availability is great! Ferrying over was fun easy and fast. Pick up at boat was easy. Check in was very easy and……
