“Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.”

“The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.”

“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is……

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

“If you want to live like a real New Yorker, skip the hotels. The unit is super clean, even cuter than the description, and it has everything you'll need. I experienced a slight hiccup upon check-in, but the host remedied it within minutes and was very responsive throughout my entire stay. The little patio is HUGE by NY standards, and serene. “Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city.……

We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC.
