“great boutique hotel in the heart of Olbia’s shopping and eating area. staff were awesome. hotel clean and well stocked w amenities. suggest you request a back facing room. the noises and music were very loud.”

“The rooms shown in the pictures was not what we were given, it was outdated and did not have a view of the ocean; the showers would not drain so we would have to turn off the showers in the middle so we wouldn’t be standing in a puddle; the walls are paper thin and we could hear every bang and conversation of our neighbours; to top it off the host was harrasing us over 12€ as the link he sent to pay wasn’t working; avoid avoid avoid!!!”

“Hotel room was very clean, modern, and well designed. Shower with changing color LED lights was also cool. The space is small but has what you need. Location wise it is right in the center of a heavy traffic area so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. If you’re looking to be in the center of things including night life, this hotel is great. Very close to the airport and there is also a free parking lot about a 6-8min walk away if you’re looking to avoid the daily parking……

“Wir würden immer wieder ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool buchen. Das neun Jahe alte Hotel ist sehr durchdacht konzipiert. Dar private Pool hatte Meerblick und lag auch beim niedrigeren Sonnenstand in der zweiten Septemberhälfte am Morgen und ab Mittag in der Sonne und war von niemandem einzusehen. Das haben wir in anderen Hotels so noch nie gesehen.”

“Good value for money, the apartment is located in a beautiful compound surrounded with gardens and with sea view. Good wi fi, air conditioning. Excellent hosts. Highly recommended.”

“There was nobody at the property, the check-in was done online and instructions sent to my by email. There was no elevator, so if you have big bags or a pushchair - that will be a problem. Property was easy to find (we went by taxi) but be aware it is near the train station. Amenities were good, the only frustration was that the keypad to allow access into our room was very sensitive and there was a delay on it - so we struggled for 10 -15 minutes to get into our room. This was frustrating……

“The check-in process was a little bit complicated and time-consuming. After the final check-in process we got the information. The stay with 2 family at all was wonderful and good. It was close to the beach, restaurant, bakery and bus stop. The only thing, which was not good is that the floor was very dirty, dusty and black. We also found used cigarettes under the bed.”

“Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants……
