“Breakfast is ok but need to Pay for it”

“Property is advertised as entire home, it is a room within a home that is still being renovated and there are people coming and going at all hours. There is a code for the door that wasn’t provided until after I inquired while I was at the property. The room had not been cleaned and another was offered but someone else was already staying there. “The host was very helpful”

“Appreciated that the TV remote had batteries when I checked in, bed was cozy, overall quiet even close to busy streets. Check-out process went smoothly with no delays or fuss over keys.”

“Roaches, room light works only with spinning fan, an electric wires sticking from the walls, outlets without covers. Extension cables all over. A barking dog in a 6x12ft place, barning next to window. Coffee wihout caps, but with cap covers. AC works, but noisy. Shower head shooting water outside the shower stall, requires a 45 deg knee to operate or a shower curtain. Microwave works. Checking in confused, four rooms and a lot of calls to get it settled. Handyman special.”

“Buena ubicación y limpieza”

“Claimed to sleep 7, but had 5 full size beds and no extra bedding. They did bring some by after we asked. Likewise, dishes didn't really support the number of guests either. Half the silverware was covered in... I don't know what.”
