We were on the end of the 4th floor ina Bay View Junior Suite. Liked the spacious comfortable room, the large balcony with (an obstructed) view of the bay, Liked the kitchenette, refrig, many electrical outlets, comfortable chair. Big closet with mirrors and good drawer space. Quiet hallway, elevator. Did not like the tiny bathroom with no counter space (there is a "makeup" counter beside the bathroom) and the gritty floor; the kitchen with no supplies and no cloth to clean sink/dry glassware or clean filthy floor(had to go to Ralph's for paper plates, plastic cutlery, and paper towels. Did not like the public park below our balcony full of RVs (in every photo shot of the bay) and the loud event that was blasting music for 12 hours Saturday. Did not like the lack of correct information about the resort--menus and hours for the pool food service, for example that was closed at 2:00. An in-room booklet would be handy. Did not like the lack of a screen for the balcony. The resort fee of $55/day was too much for us. We did not use the pool or beach (gray and muddy), loungers or towels, or the fitness center. Also, beware that the restaurants have a 5% service charge.

Rooms are spacious, the cleaning staff is not great though. Our room was cleaned late and very subpar.
