Great apartment in a listed building. Feel well in the old town of Erfurt (all within walking distance to a maximum of 5-10 minutes to reach (Krämerbrücke 6 minute) in the bright apartment with beautiful stucco ceiling, real wood floor, kitchen with seating. Ideal for a nice stay in Erfurt.

The apartment is the ideal base for exploring the city - you do not need a car.

Car parks are nearby and everything else you need (shops, coffee, bakery etc.)

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung verbracht. Aber wir hatten einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles sehr sauber und sehr geräumig.

Tolle Wohnung
Der Vermieter/Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll. Die Lage ist top. Gegen Lärm auf der Straße hilft Fenster zu oder Ohrstöpsel :-). Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten!

Alles sehr gut
Wer zu normalen Zeiten schlafen geht, könnte Probleme mit der gegenüberliegenden Bar haben.Gäste rauchen vor der Bar und sind dabei und der Verabschiedung sehr laut.Das war aber der einzige negative Punkt.Ansonsten alles prima vor allem die Lage.

Rundum gut!
Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung gerne weiter. Es sind alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden, ideal ist die Nähe zum Zentrum und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle fast vor der Haustür.

Sehr gute Lage und toller Aufenthalt - trotz Straßenbahnlärm. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allen, was man für ein verlängertes Wochenende braucht, Bad ist geräumig und die zentrale Lage ist toll!

Tolle Lage mit aufreichendem Platz in der FeWo
Die Beschreibung trifft genau die Realität, die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Größe prima für 2 Personen. Leider hatte es wohl im Badezimmer vor kurzem einen Wasserschaden in der Decke, sodass dort ein nicht abgedecktes Loch klaffte. Aufgrund der alten Bausubstanz roch es daraus muffig. Das sollte bitte schnellstens behoben werden.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung im ersten Stock. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Lage ist super, Straßenbahn vor der Tür und kurze Wege zum Hbf, in die Altstadt und zum einkaufen.

zentral gelegene FeWo zur Altstadt
saubere , küchentechnisch sehr gut ausgestattete FeWO , 5-10 min von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt entfernt gelegen . Parkplatz vor dem Haus leider teuer, daher auswärts parken zu empfehlen, Fahrradstellplatz aber sicher im Hof. Leider nachts sehr laut, da gegenüber eine Kneipe liegt, deren Besucher (Raucher, die davor lachten und Spaß hatten) bis spätnachts zu hören waren. Für Ruhe suchende Urlauber also nicht geeignet, aber für alle anderen aufgrund der Lage perfekt.
