We spent our days exploring Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, chasing waterfalls and seeing local sights. Our evenings were spent sipping wine by a fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock in the mornings. We would book this cabin again if we returned to the area.”

“The Red Cherry Woods Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay for a weeklong trip to Door County. The cottage is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Our 2 kids loved sleeping in the upstairs loft and my husband and I slept well on our King bed. We loved the automatic shades and beautiful wooded view from our bed! “We vacationed on Kangaroo Lake every summer for 20 years at another place— East Shorewood Cottages. We loved it, but it was summer only and the cottages are small. It was wonderful to revive memories of a beloved lake in this wonderful house, large enough for our adult children and partners. We had some WiFi issues, but Ryan was super responsive. Highly recommend.”
