“We enjoyed our stay. We were only there in the evenings we had campfire each night and at one one night the manager called to let us know that the northern lights were hitting and we jumped in the car, went about a mile away, and got fabulous pictures of the northern lights overall it was perfect. It was right in the middle of where we wanted to go. Rock hounding, and waterfall chasing. We would do it again.”

“Very new and very clean. First the good. Firm mattresses, TVs in each room, decent shower, nice oven and microwave and fridge. Dryer was key as well. Only criticisms if I had to: counter stools are the wrong height for the counters, gravel outside each doorway tends to track inside. Would be great if they added decking or community grill spots too. Our TV in one bedroom wouldn’t play properly but we didn’t care that much with two other functional TVs. I’d come a bit better prepared next time to...

“It was a lot of fun to get away before going back to work for the summer. As college students, the lady and I like to use trips like this to decompress after the semester. It was very close to a lot of nice trails and good food. Dead river falls were a favorite for sure.”

“Nice clean, cozy cabin setting with plenty of room for our group of six. Nice property for a short morning walk. Great location to access the attractions in the central and eastern UP. Excellent communication with the owner. Was very accommodating with rescheduling our trip. Definitely on our list for a return trip.”

Everything was provided in the cabin, no details missed. Bring your clothes and meals and you’ll have it made. There are neighbors close to the cabin, but no one was around. Very quite and peaceful.
