“Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it.”

“Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma.”

“It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street.”

“This is a great place to stay while in the Seattle area! Ililta is wonderful - she communicated with us quickly and the home was nice and clean. The lake views were stunning with sitings of eagles, geese, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and ducks. Very family- friendly with adequate space. I would highly recommend staying here.”

The home has updated appliances, the furniture is perfectly comfortable (including the bed) and everything is sparkling clean. That the home is on the waterfront provides a sense of serenity and peace that I’ve not found at most other rentals.
