“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“套房很大，床很舒服，Hassnae英语很好，会提前发邮件确认。入住后服务很好，提供fes的地图，帮我们询问CTM是否有余票等等。酒店位置也很好，步行3分钟到蓝门，到麦地那也很方便。总而言之，很愉快的住宿体验。”

“I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. The hospitality is outstanding. There is street parking. The breakfast is delicious and authentic Moroccan. The room is spacious. It’s not the best sunlight coming……

“I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team.”

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”

“Very hospitable property and staff. The property was gorgeous. Be prepared to be offered all kinds of help. It does come with a heftier price. Almost anything you are offered by the Riad manager will cost you two to three times more than if you use Viator or any online booking service for the exact same experience. A few miles drive by them getting you transportation will be 15 euro. Go and get a petit cab it's 4-5 euro. Upon my departure they requested i cancel my 30 euro first class train……

“We only stayed one night at Hotel Sahrai, but overall we enjoyed the modern design and spacious feel of the hotel. The room had a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as well. The pasta we ordered for lunch was delicious, although the waiting time was a bit long, so we would recommend sharing if someone is in a hurry. We also ordered a Caprese dish, but what arrived seemed more like bruschetta with melted cheese and mushrooms rather than a……
