Rooms need some up-keeping But their quality is excellent their infrastructure is palatial and their staff is well trained and very knowledgeable and want to help at all times Laundry services are of the highest quality and their restaurant at night is beautiful and excellent food and service. The spa is ok and their services are average.

Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future, it will hold a special place in our hearts

My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez.

Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes.

This is a beautiful hotel consisting of three historic riads. It is very close to the Blue Gate of the Medina, making it easy to get to taxis and around Fes. The staff at Riad Fez were wonderful. I truly hope to return.

This hotel was one of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. It’s hard to overstate how beautiful it was inside the hotel and the rooms. The staff was more than welcoming and remembered us immediately. The food offered by the hotel was phenomenal, really providing a taste of Morocco. They offered to set us up with a licensed tour guide to take us around the Medina. Everything was immaculate and would stay here again! The only downside was the Spa didn’t seem accommodating to booking after arrival

A gem of a hotel located in the medina of Fes. The dining staff is wonderful. Location is great. Rooms were very clean. Good breakfast and dinner, and lovely seating. The front desk staff could be more proactive and helpful as we had multiple communication issues with them, but overall our stay was very positive and would definitely recommend Riad Fes when visiting the city.

Our room and the hotel Was spectacular.... However having to walk through an alleyway Was very scary... Our driver would walk us to our hotel through the alley. And the hotel staff was more than willing to walk us to where our driver was in the mornings..

The best place in Fes

Can’t say enough good things about Riad Fes. The property is beautifully decorated , the staff is attentive but not intrusive. Everything about the Riad is about a peaceful calm oasis right in the hustle bustle of the oldest Medina in the world. We can’t say enough good things about the staff at the reception, they were so welcoming even though we arrived much earlier than our check in time and generously offered us tea and pastries. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing and not to be missed especially at sunset. This is the by far the finest property to stay in Fes.

Incredible!

The stay at the hotel was incredible, we loved every minute. The facility is beautiful, the rooftop is fantastic, and my partner loved the pool! Would love to come back. My only complaint is that they DRAMATICALLY underestimated the time needed to get to the airport and the shuttle was late. It was a domestic flight I recommend they tell everyone to leave two hours before.

Riad Fes is a gorgeous property with Moroccan architecture and decor at its finest; it perfectly combines unique character and luxury. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Rif mountains. Anoüæŕ was a great bartender and server who was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the Andalusian music at dinner and the musician Bernise was very welcoming. We recommend trying the eight Moroccan salads at the Restaurant Gayza. The Valentine’s Day rose petals, Fez traditional hats, and heart-shaped pavlova and chocolates were very cute for celebrating. They easily coordinated day tours and excursions for us. We were confused by the light switches in the room and the luggage service was delayed but were minor inconveniences. Most guests were American as well. All in all, it was a wonderful 3-night stay in Fes!
