“This home is great for a large family gathering. We were 31 in total, so rented the cottage next door as well. Great location if you want to spend time in DC or in historic sites around the area. A few of us are horse enthusiasts, so we had plenty to enjoy as well. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable with plenty of seating. With so much table space available, we were able to keep the jigsaw puzzles rolling all week! ”

“My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Lisa had thought of everything to make it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals if we wanted. We loved the fresh duck eggs from Pansy and Petunia and the supplies for the s'mores. “This secluded farmhouse nestled in the valley below Shenandoah National Park was the perfect spot for a last minute getaway.Our dogs loved the expansive yard and we loved sitting on the back porch to take in the sights and sounds of the National Park.The house is 15 minutes from Luray in one direction and the Thornton Gap Entrance to the National Park in the other.The house itself is as stunning as it looks in the pictures and the hosts were very communicative. We hope to make it back soon!”

“We fell in love with The Mill House at Ragged Ridge from the listing on line. In person, the house did NOT disappoint! Beautifully renovated but maintaining that old farmhouse charm while offering modern amenities at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and the main living spaces were well-appointed and easy to use. Our host, Liz, was very helpful during our stay and answered questions we had very promptly.
