Great property for our stay!
The house was as described, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a one car garage. Small back yard that was secure for our fur-babies. Good location, near the lake, shopping and restaurants. Host was quick to respond and answered all our questions! We will look to book again with this host and this property next time we are in the area!

Clean property with a great location
This property is a duplex in a densely populated, but surprisingly quiet younger working-class neighborhood. I felt safe there and would not hesitate to stay there by myself. There is the option of parking inside a garage with a roll-down door, but if you have a large vehicle (I was driving my dually) it will not fit inside. However, almost anything else will. The unit was immaculate with modern decor and comfortable furniture and bedding. There was WIFI and a smart tv with ample channel selections. The host was quick to answer any questions. I found the check-in process fast and easy. If I'm in the area again I'll be staying here.

The MOST bang for all the bucks
To put this plainly... The house was an absolute steal. Amazing comfort, unassumingly large. You can stay at a holiday inn express and get a contental breakfast... And sleep on a trash mattress in uncomfortable small rooms for 130.00 a night.... Or you can stay in near luxury with access to anything And everything you would want to do, in absolute comfort. Beds, showers, kitchen, appliances... All immaculately maintained. Tldr: This is what you want and had no idea that its what you need for an amazing stay in the SIP.
