Fresh and Clean room! No microwave or Hair Dryer( it's cold outside) but everything else was Great!

Room was very basic, but since this is a newer establishment they could still be getting things in. Not a lot of outlets available, and the curtains don’t do a great job of blocking sunlight. However, bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff was courteous and allowed me an extra hour before checkout to catch up on some sleep.

It appeared clean. No microwave in the room, no hairdryer and for a room full of girls this was terrible. Even the lowest star rooms I’ve stayed in have always had a hairdryer. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. I ended up sleeping with my travel neck pillow. Needs some improvements.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room, City View on July 1st for Sept 19-20th. I was traveling 9 hours away. Two hours into the drive on Sept 19th, Four Seasons called me to say the booking was wrong. They didn't have a double room, only a single. There wasn't another hotel with a room available within two hours of Four Seasons. I asked if I would be compensated for it not being the correct room. Money back, a discount. They said no. I booked the room expecting a double, if they messed that up they should of made it right with me, I don't feel like I should have to pay for the double room and only get a single.

Room was very nice, clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. TV was terrible. They use Tubi and the first night it didn't work at all. The front desk clerk and her manager could not make it work. The second night i learned that tubi has very limited options so we were unable to get the sports that we wanted to watch. This is a newly remodeled motel and is a work in progress but overall our room was really nice.

My first impression was like this room is clean, big with a king size bed but the bed pillows were so uncomfortable. (so hard and fat) I tossed all night ...Then lets talk about the TV system ...no local stations. Next the bathroom. I have a daughter who likes bath. The drain stopper wasn't working and couldn't hold water. Next , limited hot water, which wasn't much. I accidentally got water on the floor and I took a towel to mop it up , Oh my goodness you ought to have seen how dirty the towel was when I got done. Outside cigarette butts everywhere. And they is ashamed because they recently remodeled this hotel. Hopefully they will read this and fix some of theses issues.
