I liked the apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. This was convenient in terms of space and separate places for sleeping and sitting together. The kitchennete was well equipped with utencils. There was also a washing machine and a hanger for drying the laundry. This was a great help. The shower was strong and hot water was not a problem at all. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and full of dining places, cafes, beauty salons, pharmacies and small grocery stores. There was a big hospital next door that would have been helpful in case of emergencies. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only thing I did not like was the A/C. It never worked despite the staff trying 2 times to reset it and make it work. It is obvious that the A/C needs professional technical support. We had to open the windows all day. This meant hot living area in the mornings and mosquito bites at night. So it is a must to bring in mosquito repellents. Despite the great pros in this apartment, I will not be able to come again in summer. I will consider it in winter visits to Istanbul, unless the A/C is fixed.

Booking for ground floor but gave top floor room Key card didn’t work on several occasions Felt coerced into going on a boat ride when we first arrived (which was not quite to my taste) Strong smell of tobacco randomly in our room Staff in general quite helpful

I like this hotel, I like the area. Hey guys get a New towels, they are older than the hotel itself, and tell the cleaners to replace soap and lotion etc when they find them empty. Other than that I was happy to be there.

Great location. Helpful staff. 1st room was not what we expected, and staff changed it for us. Rooftop restaurant and bar were fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Served good coffee at the table. Concierge arranged a guide for us who was quite good. The boat ride on the Bosphorus recommended by the hotel was overpriced and amenities were not as advertised. My only recommendation is that the lobby could have had better seating and been more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
